With any tool that lets you paste your own HTML (“custom HTML” or “paste code”), such as Brevo, Mailchimp, CleverReach or rapidmail. For single emails from Outlook or Apple Mail, open the template in your browser and copy it into a new email. The guide explains both.
Yes. All texts are placeholders that you replace with your own; every template comes in three colours, and you can swap the accent colour for your brand colour.
For your own business, without limit. Agencies and freelancers need one purchase per end client. You may not resell the templates – see the licence on each product page.
To customers in all EU member states, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. We can’t currently sell to private customers in the United Kingdom; businesses in the UK are welcome to order.
For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we start delivering, provided you agreed to this beforehand. You give that agreement by ticking the box before you buy. If a file doesn’t work as described, your statutory rights apply, of course – just get in touch.
