How you pay and how you receive your files.

Payment
You pay via PayPal or Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit and more): with PayPal using your PayPal account or a credit or debit card through PayPal, with Stripe on its payment page. Prices are in euros; PayPal converts them for you if needed. All prices are final prices. VAT exempt under § 19 German VAT Act (UStG) – no VAT is charged.
Delivery
By download only: once your payment has arrived, we send the download link by email, usually the same working day and at the latest the next one. The link is valid for 30 days. There are no shipping costs. The products are in German.
Where we sell
We sell to customers in all EU member states, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. We can’t currently sell to private customers in the United Kingdom, because VAT is due there on digital products from the very first pound; businesses in the UK are welcome to order. You choose your country in the order summary.
