Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lukas-Domenik Sonnenfeld, Postfein, Anschrift siehe Impressum, Germany, email: sunfieldshops@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” function (https://postfein.sunfield.workers.dev/en/vertrag-widerrufen.html). If you use this online function, we will send you, without undue delay and on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt stating the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Your right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (download) once we have begun performing the contract, after you

  1. have expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
  2. have confirmed your awareness that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun, and
  3. we have provided you with confirmation of the contract pursuant to § 312f BGB (§ 356(5) BGB).

You give this consent and confirmation by ticking the mandatory box before you buy. You receive the confirmation of the contract together with the download link by email. The contract is performed when the download link is sent.
