General terms and conditions
As of: 4 November 2026
§ 1 Scope and provider
These terms apply to all contracts for digital content (downloadable files) that consumers and businesses conclude via the Postfein website. The provider and your contractual partner is Lukas-Domenik Sonnenfeld, Postfein, Anschrift siehe Impressum, Germany (see the legal notice). Different terms only apply if we expressly agree to them.
§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products does not constitute a binding offer. By ticking the box on early performance and clicking one of the payment buttons (“Order with obligation to pay – PayPal”, on the German site: “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen – PayPal”, or “Order with obligation to pay – card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA & more”), you are taken to PayPal or to Stripe’s payment page. By completing the payment at PayPal or Stripe, you make a binding offer to buy; we accept it by sending you the download link, at the latest when the payment is received. Before clicking, you can check your details in the order summary and change them by going back.
§ 3 Prices and payment
The prices shown at the time of the order apply. All prices are final prices. VAT exempt under § 19 German VAT Act (UStG) – no VAT is charged. There are no shipping costs. Payment is made, at your choice, via PayPal (PayPal account or card via PayPal) or via the payment service Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin) using the payment methods offered there, e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or SEPA Direct Debit. If you pay via Stripe, you enter your payment details only on Stripe’s payment page. The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering.
§ 4 Delivery
We supply digital content to customers in all member states of the European Union, in Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. We do not currently sell to consumers in the United Kingdom; businesses in the United Kingdom can order. Delivery is by download only. Once payment has been received, we send the download link to the email address you provided or to the email address you gave PayPal or Stripe, usually the same working day and at the latest the next one. The link is valid for 30 days. Please save the files. Together with the link, you receive confirmation of the contract including your consent under § 356(5) BGB.
§ 5 Right of use
You receive a simple, perpetual, non-transferable right to use and edit the files for your own business or for your own purposes. Agencies and freelancers may adapt the templates for one end client per purchase. Reselling, passing on or making the templates publicly available as templates is not permitted. The full licence text is included with every download as LIZENZ.txt.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the information on the right of withdrawal. For digital content, it expires early under the conditions stated there. You can also declare your withdrawal online via “Withdraw from contract”.
§ 7 Warranty
The statutory provisions on defects in digital products apply (§§ 327 et seq. BGB for consumers). If a file does not work as described, please write to us – we will provide a corrected version. We provide updates to the extent required by law.
§ 8 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. You are responsible for the content you insert into the templates and for sending your emails lawfully.
§ 9 Contract text and language
The language of the contract is German. We do not store the contract text separately; you can save or print the order summary, these terms and the confirmation sent with the download link.
§ 10 Dispute resolution and final provisions
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
